Welcome to OKC Wash Wizard. By scheduling or using our power washing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

OKC Wash Wizard offers residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including:

• Pressure washing
• Soft washing
• Concrete cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Additional exterior cleaning services as requested

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on information provided by the customer or gathered during a site inspection.
• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unexpected conditions are discovered.
• Any price changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a 25% cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to the work area, water supply, and power outlets if needed.
• Remove fragile, valuable, or decorative items from the cleaning area.
• Inform us of any sensitive or damaged surfaces prior to service.

5. Service Limitations

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or poor surface conditions.
• Some stains (e.g., oil, rust, oxidation) may not be fully removable.
• Power washing may uncover or worsen existing issues such as peeling paint or wood rot.

6. Damage Waiver

• By booking our services, you acknowledge the risks associated with high-pressure washing.
• We are not liable for damage to delicate, deteriorated, or improperly maintained surfaces.
• We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during service.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% weekly late fee.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion.
• We will return to resolve any reasonable concerns at no extra cost.

9. Photos & Marketing

• We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and marketing.
• No personal or identifying information will be shared without consent.
• To opt out of photo use, please notify us in writing before service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County.
